Primary basis of selection of the candidates is solely based on qualification, experience and technical / managerial competencies. PRDC’s recruiting policy ensures that no candidate is discriminated on the basis of their color, religion, caste / creed, age, sex, marital status, ancestry and sexual orientation. Only deciding factor is the merit and performance in the tests and interviews.
