PRDC believes training and the ability to learn new things is a vital element of an individual and hence an organization. When the spirit of learning dies, the person or the organization does not go a long way; he / she / it will die soon.

PRDC encourages every engineer, middle-level manager and the senior officers to keep learning. Every year some budget is set aside for training. Training spans a wide arena. For example personal development, leadership, seminars, workshops, part-time technical courses, higher studies etc.

Induction programme for the fresh electrical engineers would be a one month full-time programme. Besides the orientation required performing the intended regular course of work, fresh recruit get to know about all the activities of the company and interact with each and every department head directly.
